BIOGRAPHY

Agraciela, also known as Aracelia, Hernández González was born in Máximo Gómez, Matanzas Province, Cuba, on 24 May 1916 to parents Pedro Hernández Jiménez and Teodora González Torres.

She married Leonardo Alberto Leyva, and together they had 10 children, whom would give her later 23 grandchildren, 43 great-grandchildren, 49 great-great-grandchildren, and three great-great-great-grandchildren.

When asked about her secret to a long life, her family replied, “wine.” They described her as a loving and indulgent woman.

She currently lives in Cárdenas, Matanzas Pronvice, Cuba.
