Kame Ganeko (Japanese: 我如古カメ) was a Japanese supercentenarian whose age was validated by the Gerontology Research Group (GRG). She is currently the second-oldest validated person ever from Okinawa Prefecture, behind Kama Chinen. At the time of death, she was the seventh-oldest living person in the world. She and her sister Kikue Taira are the longest lived pair of siblings in human history.
