Césarine Bourcier (née Cesarina Pellarini) is an Italian-born French supercentenarian.
BIOGRAPHY
Césarine Bourcier was born in Tarcento, Friuli-Venezia Giulia, Italy, on 14 August 1916.
In April 2024, at the age of 107, she received the city medal alongside another centenarian from the city, Fernande Boursin (7 December 1916 – 26 January 2026), who was just a few months younger. When asked about their secret to longevity, the two women first attributed it to luck. “I never think about what tomorrow will bring,” Césarine added. She said that she remained interested in politics, read a lot, and did crossword puzzles every day.
