Marie Victorine Burghard (née Ernst) was a French supercentenarian.

BIOGRAPHY

Victorine Burghard was born as Victorine Ernst in the commune of Sainte-Croix-en-Plaine in the Haut-Rhin department, Grand Est, on 28 June 1914.

Victorine Burghard passed away in the commune of Colmar in the Haut-Rhin department, Grand Est, France, on 19 January 2025, at the age of 110 years, 205 days.

RECOGNITION

On 13 December 2023, following the passing of 110-year-old Jeanne Motsch, she became the oldest living person in the region of Grand Est, at the age of 109 years, 168 days. Upon her own passing, she was succeeded by Charlotte Benoit.

Her age was verified by Guillaume Legris of Les Grands Centenaires Français, and validated by the European Supercentenarian Organisation on 31 January 2026, and later recognized by LongeviQuest on 11 February 2026.
