Capilla Rodríguez was born in Cabeza del Buey, Badajoz, Extremadura, Spain, on 14 July 1914.

She did not marry but had a child.

Capilla Rodriguez suffers from senile dementia and lives with a doll as therapy and to keep her calm in a nursing home in Madrid, Madrid Community, where she currently resides.
