John McMorran
John Ingram McMorran was an American supercentenarian who, at the time of death, held the titles of the oldest living man in the United States and 2nd oldest living man in the world.

Biography
John Ingram McMorran was born in a log cabin in Goodland Township, Michigan, USA, on 19 June 1889. He was the oldest child of George McMorran and Lydia Ingram. His sister, Lillia Elizabeth Webb lived to the age of 103. Apparently, in his youth, a fortune teller predicted that he would live to the age of 111.
His wife, Matie died in 1964. The couple had one son, Robert John, but McMorran outlived him.
In 1990, he moved to Lakeland, Florida, where he lived in a health care facility until the end of his life. He used to smoke until the age of 97, and he also drank and ate greasy food during his life, but besides poor hearing and blindness at the end of his life, his relatives claimed how he was never sick.
